Privacy policy

Purpose

THE PILOT INDEX is an independent salary-intelligence index for Brazilian executive aviation. We process only the information needed to run the site and to answer the messages sent through the contact page.

Data we collect

Today, the only personal data the site receives is what you enter in the contact form yourself: name, e-mail, subject and message. It is sent by e-mail to the person in charge of the project and, at this stage, is not stored in a database.

To prevent abuse of the form, the IP address of whoever uses it is checked temporarily, in the server’s memory only, to limit the number of submissions per hour. It is not stored in a database or linked to your message.

The hosting and network providers that deliver the site may log technical access data, such as the IP address, for security and for the operation of the infrastructure.

Storage on your device

The site uses functional storage only, needed to remember your preferences:

• NEXT_LOCALE (cookie): stores your chosen language.
• tpi-theme (browser local storage, localStorage): stores your theme preference (light, dark or system).

There are no advertising cookies, no audience-analytics tools and no tracking of any kind. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Your rights and contact

You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of the information you sent us, and ask questions about this policy, under the applicable data-protection law, such as Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD). To do so, use the contact page.

This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page; significant changes will be noted here.
